TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Disclaimer on Colors 

There can be a slight variance in the colors of the products on our site from the actual ones. This is attributed to the reproduction of colors by the device you are using or the color settings of your respective device. Given the complexity of certain weaves and the lighting used during the photography, the process may also result in a very marginal variance in the coolers 

PRICING INFORMATION

While Shruthis.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, the same may be prone to typographical errors. In such events Shruthis.com shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. In such events, Shruthis.com may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Shruthis.com will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

In an event where if you’d like to still go ahead with the product in context, you may do so by paying the difference in the payment post which we will dispatch the product to you. All these will be duly documented and conveyed via email by the Shruthis.com team.

If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

All of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons and weavers in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. Please rest assured that all our products go through a thorough quality check before shipping.

In the rare event of a piece being damaged in manufacturing or transit, we would be happy to exchange it. Please email us (along with a clear image of the defective piece, original packaging and invoice) at shruthissarees@gmail.com as soon as you receive your order and we would be happy to replace the same. 

Please note the decision to accept returns rests solely with the Shruthis.com Team and would need to meet the following terms.

• To be eligible for a Return /exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, with original packaging and the barcode tag must not be tampered with.)
• We would be unable to accept multiple returns or exchange requests.

STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN

1. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of the order. You must email us at shruthissarees@gmail.com whats app or messages phonecalls ;4086670781 notify us.
2. Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, after which it is up to the Shruthis.com QC team to decide whether the product is approved for return/exchange
3. Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, please Ship the product to the below address Shruthis.com 2750 S preston rd, suite 116-115 , Celina TX 75009
4. Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we shall be happy to exchange your purchase for another piece with the same value 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by shipper.
4. Package refused by the recipient.
5. If the product is disliked by the customer for whatever reason (color/design)

6.if your order includes customized blouse stitching, fall /pico, blouse detachment or tasseling as per your request.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email us Shruthissarees@gmail.com

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, any request for cancellation must be made within 12 hours of placing the order

• Once an order has been submitted, unfortunately, we cannot process a request for cancellation 
• Refund for orders will be done in 5-7 days, and international orders will be done in 7-12 days

Please note that if your order includes customized blouse stitching, fall /pico, blouse detachment or tasseling as per your request, cancellation or changes are not possible.

• While we make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 3-5 business days of your placing the order, in rare cases, a slight delay may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances, govt. interventions or natural causes, etc. which we cannot be held responsible for.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INTERNATIONAL

• We ship to over 230 countries worldwide.
• We exclusively use reputed and reliable carriers such USPS UPS etc. to ship your order
• Shipping Charges are based on the shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. 
• For maximum savings, we recommend ordering 4-5 sarees together for availing an optimized shipping rate. Please write to us at shruthissarees@gmail.com
• Our delivery partners offer contactless delivery. Please note that proof of delivery will be digital. We would be unable to entertain any dispute for the want of a physical signature 
• International delivery schedules are subject to any delays at transit, entry, customs and location accessibility points. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carrier's end.
• Duties and taxes and any additional custom will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These shall be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
